FT‑PGDM is a 1‑year Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a primary specialization in Business Analytics, delivered over three trimesters with organization‑focused, customized curriculum and industry‑expert faculty.
The learning path combines 6 months of classroom training and 6 months of embedded On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) to ensure job‑ready skills and smooth transition to corporate roles.
The compressed 12‑month format with a defined 6‑month OJT provides faster time‑to‑industry and direct exposure to real projects compared to many classroom‑only programs.
The program targets permanent, office‑based roles in metropolitan corporates/MNCs/startups, explicitly excluding BPO, field sales, remote, and bond/contract pathways to keep placements aligned with learner goals.
